In recent years, we have completed a number of projects in the field of industrial automation, prefabrication, commissioning, and system integration. Below are a few selected examples of our projects:

 

Automation of Production Processes

  • Toyota Wałbrzych – Design and implementation of an inter-process component feeder with a lift, cooperating with an industrial robot.

  • Post-process stacking system (vision control + NOK separation) – Integration with a Fanuc machine tool (control, communication, production release).

  • NGK Belgium – Cooling system for post-process ceramic inserts for catalysts; full implementation and start-up.

Control Systems and Integrations

  1. Cataler CZ s.r.o. – Design and installation of a chemical tank control system, integrated with the existing control system without interrupting production.

  2. Cedo, Wrocław – Preparation and commissioning of a control system for free cooling (energy consumption optimization) and a process water cooling system.

Machine Commissioning and Optimization

  • Toyota Wałbrzych – Active participation in the commissioning of the assembly and testing line for 1.5 TNGA engines.

  • Cedo, Wrocław – Commissioning of a used plastics recycling machine after relocation, including modifications and optimization.

  • Aumann, Slovakia – Commissioning and optimization of a laser welding line for car body pillars.

Programming and International Support

  • BBS Automation, Germany – Preparation of software modules and participation in the commissioning of an automated warehouse for lithographic processes.

  • BBS Automation, Germany – Programming and start-up of a machine for the production and testing of smoke detectors.
